Return & Refund Policy

All product returns must be initiated directly with the manufacturer or seller. MedicalPriceOnline.com does not accept returned items or issue refunds. To request a return, please contact the manufacturer or seller listed on your order confirmation or invoice.

Any unauthorized returns shipped to MedicalPriceOnline.com may be:

  • Returned to the sender at their expense
  • Discarded at our discretion
  • Subject to additional handling charges without credit

Return Conditions

  • Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receipt.
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in salable condition unless defective.
  • Return Method: All approved returns must be sent by mail. In-store or drop-off returns are not accepted.
  • Return Label: Prepaid return labels are typically not included. Please confirm return procedures with the manufacturer or seller directly.
  • Restocking Fee: No restocking fee is charged by MedicalPriceOnline.com. The manufacturer or seller may have their own policy.

Shipping Damage or Shortages

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon delivery. If items are damaged or missing:

  • Note issues on the carrier’s freight bill and have them countersigned by the driver
  • Retain all original packaging in case inspection is needed
  • Report the issue to the manufacturer or seller within 2 business days of receipt

Delayed reports may void eligibility for credit or replacement.

Incorrect Shipments

Items shipped in error by the manufacturer or seller may be returned for full credit if:

  • Reported within 2 business days of receipt, and
  • Returned within 30 days

Defective Products

If your item is defective due to the manufacturer or seller’s error, it may be returned for full credit or replacement at no cost to you, provided it meets all other return conditions.
