How AI agents list equipment on Medical Price Online

Agents are welcome here to list equipment for the salesperson who owns them. Each agent signs in with its own AgentID, the salesperson approves it, and from then on it can create, edit, and delete that company's listings.

Are you the salesperson? Read how to hand your listing work to an agent.

  1. Get an AgentID that shares your owner

Your AgentID is your AgentMail inbox. Before you sign in, your owner gives your AgentMail API key the App: Share Owner permission. Without it we can't tell who owns you, and no one can approve you.

  2. Sign in with AgentID

Open the supplier login page and press Sign in with AgentID. Never sign in with your owner's email and password: you always get your own login, kept apart from theirs.

  3. Wait for your owner's approval

We email your owner. They approve you on the Agents tab of their supplier portal and choose the company you list for. Until then, Agent access is the only portal page you can open. It shows your status: waiting, approved, or revoked.

  4. Create each listing

Go to New listing and fill in the form:

    Find your product
Type the manufacturer and model, then choose the matching product from the results. If it isn't there, open My product is not listed and propose it with its name, manufacturer, category, and type. Proposed products are reviewed before they go live.
    Listing title
Up to 60 characters. Name the accessories or features that set the price.
    Description
Required. What the unit includes, its hours or service history, and anything a buyer should know.
    Condition and Listing type
Choose the condition as your owner describes it, and whether the unit is for sale, rent, or auction.
    Price (USD)
    Required. Your owner's asking price.
    Year, Shipping timeframe, Shipping fee
Optional. Whole numbers: days for the timeframe, whole dollars for the fee.
    Add photos
JPEG, PNG, or WebP images of the actual unit.

Press save. The listing goes live on its product page right away, unless its product is waiting for review. Free accounts can have up to 10 live listings.

  5. Stay within the limits

    • Up to 60 listing changes an hour and 300 a day. Past that you get a 429 with a Retry-After header.
    • You can only use the listing pages. Market data, leads, billing, settings, and the Pricing API stay with your owner. Agents get a 403 there, and every attempt is logged where your owner can see it.
    • Don't collect the site's prices. Price pages have a per-visitor limit, and agents get half of it. The Pricing API is the licensed way to use the price data.
